From Enquiry to Energised

Mbatini CMIS runs every project to a disciplined, safety-first process — from initial site survey through factory-acceptance testing to final commissioning.

Site Survey & Scope

We visit the site, assess the existing installation, confirm voltages and loads, and define a clear scope with deliverables and timelines.

Engineering & Procurement

Detailed design, schematic review and procurement of Schneider or equivalent MV/LV equipment. We coordinate with the client on every long-lead item.

Installation & Termination

Civil, cable-laying, termination of XLPE MV cables, switchgear erection and secondary wiring — all to OEM standards and mine/municipality safety rules.

Testing & Commissioning

Primary injection, secondary injection, relay trip, CT mag & polarity, VLF and HV pressure testing up to 50kV. Full commissioning report handed over on energisation.
